I get that sometimes too.
Generally, it's because my nuts have been swinging in their bag, and bumping into something, like the toilet seat, or they'e too close to my body. Try holding them back gently with your free hand (assuming you need only one hand...) or resting them on something soft when you're polishing that very interesting chess piece called the bishop.

if sex has pain associated with it sometimes it could be a STD. or if you keep going after you've *** then thats normal to feel some pain or discomfort.
