Because they're not bothered I imagine. Not everyone is obsessed with how their teeth look. And some people hate the dentist no matter how much money they've got.

I don't know any wealthy people that are missing teeth. Can you give an example? Did you have a certain famous person in mind?

Because they like buying material things more than taking care the necessary issue. Their teeth! But most of them do get some plastic surgery.

Some people don' t care about what other people think of their appearance or even rich they are cheap or they are just scare to go to a dentist!

i dont know any people like that, can you give an example?
but it's probably because they think it's not a big deal:
"I am rich, have 6 cars, 4 mansions, 3 wifes... so why look good? my stuff speaks for me..."
