Try throwing a blanket over her, it'll confuse her for about ten seconds, but it should give you enough time to grab her. If this don't work, try herding her into a corner where you can try again.

For hand held nets (net on a pole), your local boating shop has various sizes for getting a sport fish in the boat. They do well for catching escaped animals too.
