You probably didn't install the filters on the other phone jacks. Call SBC tech support and ask them to send you the phone line filters and instructions for installation.

make sure you have placed the DSL filters on phones and lines where the DSL is not plugged into sounds like you might be getting some bleed over

Yup, filter should do the trick. I'm surprised you haven't noticed the buzzing on your phone lines, or have you? cause yup, they're related.

Just wanted to confirm that "sdbiologist " has the correct answer. Unless there is actually something wrong with one of the filters, or you installed them wrong. (they go on ALL your house telephones.)
