That's only $5 / a game and they retail for $19.99. For example someone is selling Diner Dash 1 and 2, Snowy Lunch Rush, and Cake Mania for $10 and they say they will email you the code and the place to download the game.

I checked the seller's feedback and it was decent (95%). Some of the comments said the people got the games quickly.

I'm lost on how they can do that either legally or illegally.

he may be selling OEM games, i.e. game manifacturers selling big bulks to hardware companies - and these games can be reselled for a very cheap price

Im not sure if its legal but I think its a good buy.
