It perfectly normal for this to happen with a man. One testicle is bigger than the other, as well as one hangs lower than the other one. It just like women and thier boobs. One is bigger than the other one and hangs lower than the other one. You just like every other man living today.

Herm... this is an interesting question.

The main answer is IT'S NORMAL.... well testicles happened to become one big and one small because of a normal condition.

When u were a baby in ur mom's belly (not a baby yet, sorry I forgot what they called it, a fetus maybe?) ur testicles is placed in ur abdomen.

So, when u reached certain times of baby-maturity ur testicles will move to the groin area and ur testicles will grow one by one (literally, ur testicles will fall one by one)

The first one may be bigger than the second (in most cases). So it is normal. However, if u do feel any pain in your testicles, u should consult with ur doctor

If they are not causing any discomfort, it's normal. Just like breasts and feet. They are not always the same.
