You don't say how old she is or why she is moving.
If she is of age and is moving for a job, or a husband, or to travel, you can't do a thing about it. And if you did, she wouldn't want to be around you. A grown up child makes their own decisions. If you feel that you need to be around her to make sure that she is ok you are hanging on too tightly. Let her go. Love her. Email here, phone her. Show her that you are proud of her. If you miss her too much or commuicate too much, she will push you away.
You are no longer in control of her life. You did your job, you raised an adult. Now let the bird fly. You might not agree with her decisions, but it is her life, not yours. If you push your wants on her too much she will avoid you and you will lose more of her.
Time to let go because the tighter you hold on to her the harder she will try to get away.
Be excited for her and this adventure in her life.
Find other things to focus on. Develop your self as an individual.

The Germans have lost their war spirit, now they drink a lot and try to keep their economy up with their major export: Automobiles. If you daughter is moving then you either bid her farewell or go with her.
