A woman of 45 who is fertile can get pregnant. A woman of 45 who isn't fertile either can't, or will need medical help in getting pregnant (depending on what the reason is for her infertility). Drugs would only be needed in the case of a woman who isn't fertile, and which drugs would be appropriate would depend on the specific condition.

Yes she can. Women have a certain amount of eggs from birth. Some have more/less than others. If you continue to have regular monthly periods your chances are higher.
If you experience any menopausal symptoms probably not good to try and have a baby.
Is your body healthy enough to carry a healthy baby. The eggs arent as viable the older you are. Maybe surrogacy is better than carrying yourself. To get pregnate under normal circumstances without drugs...?? Natural choice for most women throughout history is a glass of wine and well...uno. For some reason, women seem to get prego that way...lol

Of course she can ( i hope) cos I'm nearly 40 and I want to have more than one child. My sister-in-law is nearly 44 and has just had a beautiful normal little boy so I can't see why you can't get pregnant. Maybe try some natural herbs and remendies. Go to your local chemist and they can help on which ones can help the most. While there is a higher risk of our children being born with down sydrome there is a risk no matter what age you are. But no matter what happens you must love your child and care for it. This is Gods will.

There are many many types of fertility drugs out there. The ones that I have been recommended by a dr. are; Clomid, Serophene, Pergonal, Repronex, Fertinex, Follistim, Gonal F, Novarel, Ovidrel, Pregnyl, Profasi, and Parlodel.
As with any fertility drug you will have to keep your doctor well informed with your treatment. There are some complications with fertility drugs such as multiple births. You should talk with your doctor to find out which one is best for you.
As far as getting pregnant at 45, I do not see why not. Even though studies have shown that women (some not all) have had their children to be born with birth defects. It depends all on your health.
I wish you best of luck. Just pray that Gods will be done and that you have a normal happy healthy baby.

if you are still having your time of the month regularly, and your eggs are accepting, i don't see why you won't get pregnant. but your child will be a high risk child because of your age.
if the Lord wants you to have one you will get pregnant. you can pray for one.
but i would also talk to a doctor for advise. good luck and may God bless you.
