LOL to the first answer. I guess i'm showing my age since I remember watching Barney Fife.
I was a little disappointed with your question....when I read the title I was thinking it was going to be who would wina fight (lol) maybe because I just answered a question on who would win a fight between Spongebob and Patrick (it would be Gary by the way).
Anyway I think Barney is the biggest nerd. Only because Mr. Bean has at least a small clue that he is a nerd. And Andy has protected Barney from himself lol

Barney Fife without a doubt. I have known people like Barney Fife. Mr. Bean is just a wierd caricature.
