During daytime,what lipstick and eyeshadow color should I use to look fresh?

I am tired of as usual old boring hues!!
My skin color is brown,eyes and hair black.

first off, good skin is the best way to look fresh. most of us dont have good skin, so this is the best way to fake it:
1. wash with an exfoliating cleanser
2. use a tinted moisturizer
3. use concealer under eyes, and around red spots or blemishes

now you have the beginning to a fresh face. use a translucent powder on top for oily areas.

the best color that looks fun and fresh for brown eyes is green. depending on your skintone and style, you can use a soft pastel if you have light skin and this is a great easy color that is workplace appropriate. darker skin should use darker colors to avoid looking chalky. green can be done soft or bold, depending on your style, dont be afraid of bright colors as green is flattering in most of its color range.
