Not yet in the US. All of our presidents have been white males, but that's not one of the requirements. I believe the requirements are:
1. Native-born US citizen.
2. At least 35. (I may be wrong on exact age)
3. Lived in US for so long out of past so many years (the one I really don't remember details on)
So you see, the US is a country where anyone who's born here can eventually become president.

No. However, there is a fictional book called "The Man", about a black man who has been elected President of The United States by Irving Wallace. It was later made into a film which starred James Earl Jones as the President. You should check both of them out....

I don't think the US has had a black president, which I personally think is racism. But, if black guys haven't ran for president, then in that case it wouldn't really be racism.. Hmm..

no, but it's about the time for one, huh? Either that or a female one. Hey! A black female president would rock... especially if she's not prejudice like these latest ones.... damn homophobes...

If you are asking about the USA, then I am seriously worried about the state of education in this country.
