Not yet in the US. All of our presidents have been white males, but that's not one of the requirements. I believe the requirements are:

1. Native-born US citizen.
2. At least 35. (I may be wrong on exact age)
3. Lived in US for so long out of past so many years (the one I really don't remember details on)

So you see, the US is a country where anyone who's born here can eventually become president.

No. However, there is a fictional book called "The Man", about a black man who has been elected President of The United States by Irving Wallace. It was later made into a film which starred James Earl Jones as the President. You should check both of them out....

I don't think the US has had a black president, which I personally think is racism. But, if black guys haven't ran for president, then in that case it wouldn't really be racism.. Hmm..
