Are u regret to study overseas instead of staying in your own country? Just imagine, if u never go overseas, things can really be different..
Do u think it is the right choice? What u have learnt and do u think u have changed a lot after many years of living and studying overseas?

Today i saw i girl was crying a public phone outside 7-11. I know she is a foreigner, crying to her mother about bad things happened overseas.. I had a lot of thinkings.. She cannot be worse than me as i came alone to Singapore when i was 15 years old, without any accompany. Even when i was most down, i never cried on phone to complain to parents like that, no need to say in public, under lots stares of passers-by. So embarrassing!
Like that, she can never survive in Singapore, no i wonder how i spent these 5 years here, on my own.

you will realized there are wont be enough true friendly advise when you need it ....and so on.
those unpleasant experience will make your mind more stronger, more understandable, more acceptance .
the disadvantages is you think you can be melt into the main-stream
over sea and forget who you really are ,nevertheless, the people oversea will never accept you as their main-stream.

two year ago, i was a high school exchange student and spent 11 months overseas. i stayed with a host family and they treated me as a hosted student, not as one of their children. (this upseted me.) i learned how to do my own laundry and to keep my room tidy. especially i learned to manage to live without my own computer. i had a younger host sister and it seemed like she and i were in competitions. i didnt know why the family hosted me because i was too afraid to ask, and we never talked about this. still, i enjoyed my stay and appreciated them for everything they did for me. :)
