i think paula is the worst among the three..simon might be hated worldwide but at least he's sharp and direct...randy is good but he's not that strict...paula just follows what the audience want...no real opinion and judgment...

paula because most of the time she has no idea what she's talking about. simon has to finish sentences for her half the time. and sometimes she will tell contestants that they aren't good and the next time she will tell them that they look great or something to avoid telling them that.
