Just means you're temporarily obsessed with the song. It probably reminds you of someone or something, or makes you feel a certain way, and you want to keep feeling this way, so you keep on listening. As soon as you've got something better to do , you'll snap out of it!!

I remember once that a local radio station played Louie Louie for 24 hours straight. I'm not sure what that meant exactly but they're all better now.

it could mean that that person just loves that bsong or they are not feeling to well depending what the song is.
