Teenagers in this blog are more concerned with how they perform sexually than how they perform as strong, responsible, and honorable husbands and fathers. As Christian Men, how would you suggest we approach these teenagers?

Thank you, Jesus. I have foster parented 27 children, and I have 5 grandchildren. My husband is a man of God, the Head of our Household, my best friend, and my partner in life and in death. To :"ladybugewa" I hope that answered your question. In other words: I've been there, done that, bought the video, own the T-Shirt---and have rights to the movie. There isn't any word you can use to insult me that will phase me. I've been to hell and back---and without waivering from my convictions.

By setting the example. If we want young people to act a certain way, Christian men must show them the way...not tell them the way...but SHOW them the way.

You make it sound like there are no problems or marital breakdowns in a marriage and especially in a Christian house.NO Union is without flaws and any relationship is only as strong as the couple.Married or not , if you don't work together your relationship will fail.Religious leaders offer pre-marital and marriage councelling to help couples work out problems. You are obsessed with name calling and bullying to try to peruade people your position is correct.I believe the Bible tells us to "love thy neighbour" When Jesus was crucified he had enough love to forgive maybe you should try practice a message of love and compassion , not hell, fire and brimstone. Who knows you may even get a convert or two.

As an intelligent man we should be more involved in our kids lives and being good role models ourselves. We should be the ones they feel they can talk to about anything they are in doubt about rather than someone who they feel is just some staunch religious fanatic who throws holy water around the house and paints crosses on the walls when a child says SEX so they won't have to seek answers elsewhere.

Just raise them right and there won't be so many rebellious teens running loose.

How about we let them live their lives instead of forcing religion onto them?

eugh, i know what you mean. i think the problem with boys today is that a lot of them have absent male role models. i know that's been my experience with them.
