George R. R. Martin is the author of "A Song of Ice and Fire," a series of fantasy novels: A Game of Thrones, A Storm of Swords, A Clash of Kings, and A Feast for Crows. They're excellent books. He writes short stories in the sci-fi/fantasy genre as well.

have you ever tried any of Anne McCaffrey books?I truly have study all of hers.She has many unique settings in myth type. Dragonriders of Pern quite a few books in this one Acorna (The Unicorn lady) 6 books To vacation Pegasus (using PSI powers representation Telekinesis and Teleportation) 2 extra books The Rowen (following the tale of PSI powers) with 4 extra books I truly have also examine the total Shannara's sequence by Terry Brooks they have been fantastic. Piers Anthony has the Xanth sequence.i have examine over 20 of them and they particularly made me snicker.
