I am sorry but BLEACH is forever--it takes color out and stains out of white clothing etc...
It does not come out.

I did the same thing to my favorite red shirt--this is what i did--picked up some fabric paint and painted a design of my own over the bleach spots.

Another idea would be to rubber band the shirt and go all the way with the bleach and create a ty-dye shirt--assuming you like ty-dye.

Dying the shirt wont work as the spots that are bleached will bleed through a lighter color no matter what you use to dye it with.

You will never get that bleach out. Better go buy the clothing dye that's the same color as your fav shirt.

Look, many people here either don't have the experience with bleach they think they do or they just don't know how to communicate it to you.

The spots are permanent. You can't dye them or put perm. marker on them to make your shirt go back to its original state.

So, now your question is....Do I have creative juices that will flow in order for me to find something suitable to COVER the spots.

I use Fabric paint, sequins, glitter glue, buttons, iron on patches, or anything I think is cute to cover up bleach spots. BE CREATIVE. The tie-dye answer was good. If that is you.

If the spot has turned white already, you're not getting it out. You can cover it though. You can use fabric paint or acryllic paints to cover the spot. You can make a whole new favorite shirt with any kind of design. I do this with sponges & acryllic paints on shirts that have set in grease or food stains. Once it's covered, no one knows it had spots there before.

Wow bummer. Nope nothing but try to dye it to the same color. Look like you need to find another favorite shirt. Sorry wish I could help on this one. But bleach is a color destroyer on colored clothes.
Ymmo... has the right ideal for sure if you still want to keep it.

Like everyone else here said Bleach is Bleach you cant get it out BUT ...what you can do is one of two things

You can buy some die of what ever color your shirt is
OR
You can get a permanent marker (what ever color your shirt is)
and color it in ...(this works best when its a little spot ONLY)

There is no "getting it out", what the bleach did is remove the coloring from your shirt, it's not like a stain you can take out. Its like using a nail polish remover on manicured nails, the color is not there anymore.

better bleach the whole piece and then tie-dye it or something. If you try dying it now as it is, the white spot will be brighter than the rest. So make it deliberately uneven (as in tie dye).

it depends what color the shirt is...I did this to a black shirt...the bleach stain was not big...I took a sharpie felt pen (black) colored in the bleach spot...you'd never know it...you could always tye dye the shirt...it would cover the beach stain....I've done that before too.
