Sugar in olive oil. It exfoliates and moisturizers at the same time. Don't use it on your face, and avoid using it on your upper chest if your skin is sensitive there.

blenderized oatmeal, celestial seasons lemon zinger tea and olive oil (very light in the olive oil-just used to hold it together, good for you too) can add honey/coffee/sugar as well, all are good for skin

if u have any, coconut oil on your hair, basically practice it as a liquid to you roots and via to the advice and circulate away in for a on a similar time as, perhaps in one day or for 5 hours and then wash out in bathe. its large on your hair, makes it enormously softer and shinier. facemasks employing yoghurt and fruit and continually large, banana, almond oil. ingesting some water i think.

Plain white sugar works very well. And it dissolves completely and won't gunk up your drains, either. (Mix it into a paste with a little water and rub it on your face...or "wherever.")
