Please help me Please Please
Me and my Husband are living seperatley from almost 1.5 to 2 years because of missunderstanding between each other. Now i dont know where he is. I can find him from other sources but i am not intrested. I have 6yrs daughter who is living with him. Now i would like to marry another guy. We dont have proof that we got seperated from each other on any paper or we have not signed on
any bond paper that we got seperated from each other on our own and without any force of any body. Or even we did not gave a complaint in police also that we are getting seperated from each other and one should not disturb us. In a word we did not do any thing but i just came out.
Now my Question is, will there be any problem if i marry another guy.
In future will he or me gets any problem by any kind of means on this basis.

you cannot be married if you are not divorced. you can divorce him for abandonment if you don't know where he is...and he doesn't have to be there...but without a divorce...you cannot remarry.

First you should straighten out your situation with your husband or get a divorce. If you marry this other person your gonna become a bigamist which is prohibited by law and you'll be guilty of adultery. This mess is going to make you look bad in the eyes of you 6 yr old. Make things right for your kid and for yourself. Your communication problems will follow you into your next relationship if your not honest and open with the people you care about. Build your house upon a rock and not upon sinking sand.

Ummm, you are married until you are legally divorced. Just because you are separated does not mean that you are divorced. Check with an attorney or legal aid clinic in your area to figure out how to proceed. Keep in mind that you may owe some type of support for your daughter.

You cannot legally marry another man without divorcing your first husband. Hire a lawyer, get the divorce paperwork started, and then do whatever you can to find him, even if it makes you uncomfortable.

All I have to say is if you want to totally wreck your already messed up life(which is,if you admit it or not, your fault) then yes, go ahead and get married again. But if you want to sort things out, find a lawyer,find your husband,and deal with things from there.

Why did you leave your daughter with your husband? What kind of mother are you and all your worried about is how to find this guy so you can marry another.

Yes, u ll get into problem if ur husband files an complaint.. its better to get it done in leagal way.. catch him and file for divorce

You have to follow the legal guidelines for getting divorced in your state. If you marry again w/o getting legally divorced, then you are committing bigamy.

You will be committing bigamy - its an offence if you remarry without getting divorce. So yes you would be in trouble.

well get divorced split custody which will probably screw your kid . but hey you can marry another man but you need to make amends with your husband get paper on it . but if theres achance that you still love your husband or youhate him you need to deal with it for kids sake

yup u can coz till d time u dnt have ur divorce papers u cnt fill 4 marriage coz ur already married.if u marry him illegally then may be in future he will leave u then on wat grounds will u sue him? apply ur brain 1st take divorce n then go ahead.
