Do low carb. It works without exercise...leaves you a bit flabby but the wieght drops fast. With exercise it drops faster and you don't have the flab problem. I know this because my hubby and I did the low carb diet together. I went to Curves as well. No flab problem for me. Lost inches faster too! And after a couple weeks you get used to no potatoes and pasta. Of course, on any diet suger is the first thing you give up. I've found meat, veggies and fruits are easy to gorge myself with. I also shop deep discount stores for low-carb candies. So I don't "miss" chocolate either!

There are no easy ways, but the younger you are, the more effective good, hard exercise will be in tightening up that flab. The problem is, if you are once fat and then lose weight, the skin tends to be slow to tighten up. You might try massage. If it is extreme, there is plastic surgery.
