As far as we know, Anakin Skywalker does not have siblings. According to Star Wars I: The Phantom Menace, his mother, a slave in Tantooine, became pregnant without having slept with a man. All those darn midichlorians in air. After she was freed she married a moisture farmer and became stepmother to Owen Lars. She is killed soon after by Tusken Raiders.
This leaves some space for fanfiction, though, because Shmi Skywalker never says whether she had children before Anakin.

Step-Brother named Owen Lars (Uncle Owen in Episode IV)
