When you had it dry cleaned, you should have requested a preservation cleaning...I'm sure they still do that. I had my gown done almost 34 years ago and it still looks like new...snow white. They even packed it in this cool box ...when you lift the lid, the gown is in a box that has an oval framed top so the gown appears to be framed! Take your gown back and ask them to do a preservation on it.

A really good dry cleaner. Most have a special price and they clean the dress, wrap it for preservation, and seal it in a special box so it can be stored for years.

Dry cleaners can professionally ready your gown for storage. And there are places advertised in wedding magazines who do the same.

You should have had the dry cleaners to do it for you. I know you can get and acid-free box and some acid-free tissue paper. You put it in the sheelves so they are not flat. I hope you much success.

I think some dry cleaning places can do it. I've seen it advertised in their windows. They put it in a box and seal it up.

get it cleaned by a professional. use some acid free tissue paper to wrap it up. then get it vacuum sealed in one of those packing bags (i think hefty has some large sized ones). you can use your vacuum cleaner hose to suck the air out.

lay it flat in a long box with tissue paper, sealed so air can't get in.
