i have both and i am 64 years old and i love them....i have 1 nose piercing..1 tongue piercing...8 ear ring piercings...4 tatoos..it is what makes me me..!!!i love them.! body art so to say,.!!!!

I want a tattoo but Im a big chicken. I used to have my tongue pierced, nose pierced and 6 piercings on each ear and I was gonna get my lip pierced but I had to take out my piercings for work:(

I'm going to get a tattoo eventually. Not sure about piercings though.

Tattoos - I have a couple. Tattoo is an art and an expression of the person wearing it. They are original and one of a kind (mostly)
Piercing is just for body ornaments

i have tattoo and also had piercing
the tattoos will be there for ever the piercing will heel in time

I like both, though I'm very indecisive when it comes to tattoos, which is probably why I've taken more of a liking to piercings.

Have a tattoo would never consider a piercing. (except for ears and nose)

Do you people ever try to imagine yourselves walking around as old people with tattoos and piercings? It just seems too creepy, no matter now nice they may look now.

Yep, I have a tattoo of my family crest on my right arm. Underneath it, I have where someone mixed the Irish and Middle English languages and it says "I am of Ireland." Above it, I have my last name. It's cool because it's green and yellow, and I have always liked green and yellow together even before I knew that's what my family crest looked like.

Piercings because they are changeable by the style of jewelry you put on...tats are always the same thank God I only made the mistake of getting two of them.
