I am from Europe and I want to emigrate to USA. I have a degree in foreign languages. English and Italian. I want to know if my degree means something in America. I am not quite sure what I can teach. Maybe I can teach other subjects for secondary school students. Please help. I really need this information.

You will probably not be able to test until you emigrate.

With your degrees you should be able to get a temporary certificate to teach in many states with the understanding that you will complete tests and usually several courses to keep the certificate.

Check with the state governments of the places you are considering emigrating to for more information.

To teach in a public school you need a degree in Education. Either Elementary or Secondary, depending on what you want to teach. Otherwise, your chances of getting a job outside the roughest parts of the roughest cities are very, very slim. If you want to teach in Compton, feel free to immigrate without that degree.

(PS - It's the same for Americans going to teach in Europe. I recently taught in Italy, and to work in the public school system you were required to have an Education degree.)

You need the TOEFL, and very little else.
