I wouldn't suggest losing so much weight in so little time- the stress that puts on the body is horrendous and seriously unhealthy. shoot for 10lbs over 2 weeks at least- spread it out. If you're eating right and exercising, your metabolic rate should increase and your weight will come down as your body transforms the fat into energy. Try to limit your your caloric intake to help this process, but don't stop eating altogether-starvation doesn't help metabolism since the body recognizes that its not getting any food, and starts slowing the metabolic rate to conserve energy. Maintain at least a 1200 calorie diet- and that's pushing it. I wouldn't bother with Diuretics since all they do is make you lose water weight, which dehydrates your body and causes decreased physical performance.

All in all, weight loss takes time- so give it time.

That's a little too much, it'll be better for your health if you divided that over 2-4 weeks.
Here are some home remedies:
Squeez fresh lemon on your food, make sure you eat healthy though. Also, in the morning drink 1/2 pink grape fruit juice that is know to help you loose weight. Eat lots of boiled or steamed cabbage. If you boil the cabbage, it's better to drink the juice than eat the cabbage. I know it sounds a little yucky, but it worked for a few people.

Try jogging and suimming. Best wishes

Cut off a foot.

There's no healthy way to do that. And with the unhealthy ones you're just going to gain it right back as soon as you stop. And unless you're tired of living, you won't be able to keep up the unhealthy ways for long.

Now, if you're interested in permanently altering your eating habits in a way that doesn't require you to starve yourself or deny your sweet and fat cravings, check this out:

It's more a nutrition/exercise plan that increases your metabolism even while you're not exercising than a diet. I've been on it for about two years now and I'm never hungry.

I read this article in a magazine called "The Duh Diet" because it so simple you're like, "duh" but most people don't do this!

You only eat when you're stomach starts to rumble--when you really feel hungry! You eat a small portion and if you still feel a little hungry...only eat a little more. The trick is to STOP eating when you feel satisfied--NOT stuffed! That is where people have trouble cuz most people tend to clean their plates until they can't eat anymore. Don't snack or eat because you're bored. Cut down the portions and ONLY eat when your stomach tells you it's time.

Also, do some cardio exercises, even walking 20 minutes a day! Drink LOTS of water. If you keep this up, you will lose weight like you wouldn't believe! (It worked for me!)

Well, the healthiest thing to do is to monitor your diet and perform cardio-respitory exercises like jogging. I would suggest increasing your fiber and water intake. You might not be able to lose a lot of weight, but that will certainly get the job done in time.

Eat a sizable low carb breakfast. East a salad for lunch. Skip dinner and walk a half mile. Drink plenty of water. Do this daily.

Sure if you lose a limb.
Heads = 8 lbs.
Hands = 1-2 lbs, depending on body size.
Feet = same as hands.
Etc etc etc.
Good luck.

That is not healthy to lose that much weight in one week. The most you should lose a day is one pound. (Only if you are overweight)
