Iam the same way, but i can't stay that way girls are weird they want me to talk even they know i don't to. Either you talk on your own or they will make you some how. I tried really try to talk but its hard you just got to get used to it, do you talk on the phone, it helps.

Being shy is egotistical. Stop dwelling on yourself and look at others.
Find commonalities to share, i.e. "It's cold isn't it?", "you're a virgen too?"
