Ayurveda offers some solution; see
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ayurvedaonline/messages/1114
Nowadays, many in age group 20 to 32 are loosing this monthly reminder due to hormone imbalances. other problems are also discussed at:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ayurvedaonline/messages/6729
And since direct link to following info i cant give, i will give excerpt:
This woman’s friend has a 25-year-old daughter who has
gone into early menopause. Can anyone offer any
advice?
“I would be very cautious accepting such a diagnosis
without looking at diet and lifestyle”, says one
helpful reader. “I was told on several occasions from
my mid 20s to mid 30s that I was in early menopause,
but I had my son when I was 35 with no medical
intervention”. She points out that liver function is
particularly important in menopausal symptoms, and
suggests assessing your diet. She also recommends
acupuncture, reflexology, homeopathy and the herb
agnus castus.
Dana also feels diet is the key. Her 27-year-old
daughter wasn’t getting her period, so she took her to
see a nutritionist, who told her to cut out all wheat,
dairy and corn products. Six months later, she got
her period back. Now she can tolerate dairy, but not
wheat or corn. “Sometimes food allergies cause havoc
to the body”, she says. “Consult a local nutritionist
who is familiar with food allergies and women's
issues... it's worth a try.”
Finally we have a great story from Mary. She was
diagnosed with early menopause at the age of 30 and
was told by her doctor she was infertile as a result.
Once she got over the initial shock, Mary had a “life
de-clutter” and started living life to the full. A
trip to Ibiza, a half marathon and a sky dive later,
she fell pregnant!

I actually had Amenorrhea when i was a senior in high school. I was a normal weight and height. The doctor told me there is no actual cause for it....it just happens. But do not worry, it is easy to treat. I was given a type of estrogen and within a few days my period came back and I have been regular ever since; and I didn't gain weight. Just go to the doctor and get checked out!!!!

Well, just from reading your paragraph, I can tell you are most likely anorexic. In order to start your periods again, you will have to gain weight, and stop over-exercising. Which is more important, your ribs and spine showing through your skin or having a healthy body with normal fertility?

Sounds serious. See a doctor, but a mild birth-control will help regulate your periods. Could you be pregnant, it is common to lose a little wt in the very beginning. But a mild-birth-control may help re-establish a reg period. Hope this helps.

Get ona healthy diet and exercise plan and stick to it. Usually during change your period fluxuates, so once your comfortable and not always changing these things, your period should fall in line. If not, I would try a mild birth controll pill.

You must have some problem. This happened to me a while ago. I went to the doctor and he gave me a pill to bring it on. He said I probably stopped because of stress.
