me and this girl have been best friends for 5 years and all of a sudden she met this guy and they have been datin for about 2 months..she is totally ditching me and it makes me sad she doest want to hang out with me ...i've tried to have her spend the night so she can hang out but i live by her bf so whenever she comes over she just uses me to go see her bf... should i just give up?

Obviously she doesnt care about your feelings if she is ditching you like that. if she is more interested in a guy she has been dating for 2 months more than a friendship of 5 years! then i would say to give up until she wants to talk. i wouldnt bad mouth her or any thing but i wouldnt pay close attention to her. you know what i mean. so just give up. its what i would do.

Yep...and it will happen alot with so called "friends" all of your adult life. Especially with shallow women. Once they get a man, that's it! But when she doesn't have a bf, she'll be back. You'll have to make up your mind if she's worth it or not.

yea my friend does tha same thing but when they break up she comes running to me and i do tha same thing 2 her when i have a boyfriend u shoud try findin a guy for u start off as friends so u can have somebody else besides that friend meet new people it'll be fun

i had the same problem a little while ago.i was sad at first but then i started geting mad finally i got so mad that i couldn't take it anymore.so i told her that i wasn't her friend anymore.she didn't care.in like a week she broke up with him she called me saying stuff like "he broke up wit me 4 another girl" "i'm sorry".i was like "and who r u" sorry but i'm not your friend remember".she called me on my cell i ignored her calles.so now we aren't friends and i think i'm better off with out her!

no, you should actually sit down and try to talk to your friend. once she finds out how you feel about everything, she might hang out with you a lot more.
