No, masturbation doesn't cause hernia. What causes hernia is weakening of the muscles that support internal organs, usually the most common is inguinal hernia wherein part of the intestine slips into the scrotal sac, it can be pushed back to the abdominal cavity manually.

it depends on where the hernia is usually its a split in the wall of the stomach which allows the muscle to slip thro. So how can masterbation cause a split in your stomach wall, no mate just keep wanking and get the hernia repaired
