Try an exercise ball. It helps target the core muscles and is easier on the back. You can get an inexpensive one at Target or Wally-mart!

Sit up's and crunches do a min of 20 per day. Also try not to eat carbohydrates after 4pm as it bloats the stomach.

Eat the same amount of food that you normally do, just replace them with healthier foods such as fruit and water instead of coke. Yeah DDR has a calorie counter on it, you can jsut set the amount you want to burn and it goes through multiple dances until you do that many.

stay away 40m all white carbs day bloat you like white bread pasta rice switch to d brown variety. if ur going to drink avoid beers as they are full of yeast and again cause bloatin switch to spirts like vodka or bacairdi. also increase ur water intake. exercises sit ups(abdomen curls) every day and brisk walking or running and hold in ur stomach as ur doing so as it tightens d muscles im sure ull have a flat tummy in no time

In response to those who say don't eat: Hi, my name's victoria Beckham, I only eat once a day, if that and look at me...catch my drift!
In response to the actual question, horse riding is good but if you don't like horses...exercise, lots of fruit and veg, occasional snack in SMALL DOSES, no alcohol, water lots of sit-ups and walk everywhere!!! There you go!

Do not starve yourself. Trust me I've tried a million times and I just gain the weight right back. Makes you feel good for a while but then it all comes right back and your like damn...plus its bad for your body.

Horse riding is a good one tones every muscle in your body, its an excellent workout. Trust me it more hard work than it looks xx good luck

I would suggest not eating, and playing DDR.
But especially the not eating part.
You'd be amazed how fast it drops off.
Eating only once a day also works.

eat good, run, swim, bike jog an try eating on the Glycemic index diet, that can help immensely
