unfortunately you have to change some of your friends when u get married as they may make your new spouse uncomfortable. and you will be forced to decide between a friend and your spouse. so yes....we do tend to have less friends

I started losing the friends I had when I got married, and the rest of them left when I became a parent. I had grown up, but they hadn't.
For that reason, I don't go out of my way to make friends with anyone anymore.

i have none of the same friends, and very few now.
I pretty much had only male friends that were close and that made my hubby uncomfortable.
I don't really have much in common with other women so the few I have are just to keep from losing my mind cause I "have no friends"

I have the same ones. It works out well, we got married last year and since then alot of our friends have either married or gotten engaged.

lesser friends now that i'm married.
I'm working monday to friday, by the time i knock off work at 5:30pm, i'm too tired to go anywhere else except home. there's hardly time for a family and your husband, thus, i have to say I'm having lesser friends now.
