Because you tolerate it.
Oftentimes it is not "nagging" to the woman... it is "helping", "advising", "requesting", "recommending",
"counseling" ,"aiding", "informing"...and a tons of other words, BUT...if YOU think it is Nagging... then it is within your power to stop it.
You can look her in the eye and tell her you do not want to hear her say "take out the trash" one more time.
Just realize in doing so, she might think to herself, "I don't need another child to pickup after" and might pack her bags and leave you.

because fawkin self centered men require annoyances such as nags to get them moving or thinking in the fawkin right direction

Because men teach them to do it. Every time they get what they want if they nag you enough, you have taught her that nagging is an effective method to get things from you.
Next time she naggs - make sure you don't do what she is naggin you about - and eventually you will retrain her.
But you have to retrain yourself first.

If men and children would do what we tell them the first time, we would not have to continually repeat ourselves- what you call nagging. So, next time she tells you to get off your butt and fix whatever needs fixing, do it, and notice that she won't nag!

If they don't respect them self, they won't be respected.
