I've been that guy before, and believe me...once a guy has that trophy girl once and has to deal with all the selfish crap that comes along with it...they realize what is really important. If this girl is really shallow and fake, then the only guy who will stay with her long term will also be shallow. Pretty much what I'm trying to say is don't be jealous, because the guys that chase this girl are probably guys that you would really want nothing to do with.
