I am totally lost on what happened to Tom Baldwin's son. I think I missed a few episodes of the 2nd season. If someone could inform me on what happened, I'd very much appreciate it.

In the second season, Tom's son was acting strange. He kept blacking out and losing time. He ended up shooting Collier and going to jail. Against Tom's wishes, but his son felt it was the right thing to do. In this season they don't talk about his too much. Check out USA.com and click on the show's webpage. Hope this helps

What the others stated is correct. I'll add that the character is not being seen this season for some reason. I don't know if it's a decision on the part of the writer's or something from the actor, but it's something that is kind of in limbo for right now. Fortunately, there are a lot of other sub-plots going on, which I'm glad that they are focusing on.

He killed Jordan Collier and was sent to jail. to bad you missed it he was taken over by a future being. he was blacking out and stuff then he slowly started remembering what he had done or what they had done. he almost got away Alana was gonna taken him overseas but he met the sister of the guy who they thought killed Jordan and he started feeling guilty and just turned himself in.

he killed jordan collier and later turned himself in or so it looked like.. it was actually someone else and they framed him and he thinks he actually did it.
