Do NOT douche, but stay clean.
Wipe from front to back.
Your feminine chemistry runs on a very delicate balance.
So, get to a doc if you've had no improvement within 1-3 days.
It doesn't take much for things to get out of hand.

Assuming you wash yourself really well you may have a problem I have heard of before. about 1 in a thousand women have an odor problem that cannot be fixed no matter how much you wash or douche. Don't douche very often because this can also cause you problems. I do hope you find a fix.

you better go see your gyno! sounds like you have a nasty bacterial infection called vaginosis. its symptoms are, #1 foul odor (rotten fish, or fishy) #2 itching and burning. #3 can be pain in the lower abdomen, and with intercorse.
it can only be cured by prescribtion.
please go see a doctor, and NO do NOT duche!!!
there are "good" bactiera in your vagina, and duching can upset this balance, thus causing infections, (such as vaginosis) your vagina knows how to cleans itself, but in this case, sounds like you need a little extra help. go to gyno. he/she will tell you the same thing! trust me;)

Bathe versus shower. Douche if you must. Being sexually active and having sperm deposited is the culprit usually. If you are not sexually active, I'd recommend you seek a doctor's advice as it's not normal to have bad odour unless it's from your periods.

hot suddsy bath, and they do make vaginal or 'feminine' wash, it's gentler than soap, for delicate skin... wash all the crevices thoroughly, and daily, it could be from an infection or something u ate, tho, so if it doesnt get better, see a doctor

Bathe regularly but don't douche (docs now advise against it). If it's not your normal scent and it's bothering you, make an appointment to see a gynecologist, as it could be an infection.

Make sure you do not have a bacterial infection, urinary tract infection, STD or a more serious problem.
Bathe or shower regularly. Douching is not recommended; it can make some problems worse.

If it's a fishy odor, it bacterial vaginosis. Go to your GYN and get Metro Gel or generic Flagyll.

Why don't most women talk to their grandmothers for simple cures . Household remedies have been used successfully for ages. How can you ignore such facts?
