What is the matter with you ADD people???? For years, there was no medication for adults with the problem, which is not your fault and has to do with the chemistry in your brain; now, when there is help, you don't want it. There is something very wrong with this. YOU NEED HELP..and that's what medication is..."help". If you had a heart problem that needed medicated, you would take it wouldn't you??? Well you have a chemical problem...so take the meds! You may think you're doing ok and acting "normal", but others around you know the difference in your behavior. I'm telling you this from experience. It's difficult to control ADD...and a list will not make it better. Go to the doc and get the medication you need now!

you have to go see a specialist and they will test you for ADD or Adult ADD.

the test doent take very long and they can help you find a program that will work for you weather it be a note pad that you cary around pictures..etc so that you can stay on track I dont know if you have ADD or what will work best for you but good luck and hope that you will find a program that works.

Thanks for Asking

ADD is nothing to be ashamed of I was diagnosed with ADD when I was young and found a way to deal with it. all you have to do is find yours if you have a problom like so many of us do.

Maybe God is trying to tell you that you are doing too much. People's first thought should not be to run to a doctor, but to God. If you are truly considering medication, then it really seems to me that God is trying to get your attention on Him. I don't know enough about your situation to say much more than that. I know that I have 4 brothers and 4 sister and they each have their own set of problems and I could run around and try to help fix them all (that's what I used to do), or I can take care of me so that I can finish my own tasks and the things that I know in my heart God is calling me to do. He made us all uniquely with certain gifts and qualities that have to do with our purpose in life. If you find yourself doing too much that you aren't getting the things you want done, recheck your to do list, compare all that you really do, and see if any of it has anything to do with what God wants you to do. After that, there may be some eliminations or something totally different than what you had planned....you can also go to JoyceMeyer.org she has great books and she taught about how she was once in a situation where she didn't get anything done on her to do list. God bless!
