Separate the two. Some female are also aggressive and territorial. This behavior may be indefinite.
Try testing your ammonia/nitrite/nitrate and pH. Sometimes fish will get unusually aggressive if they're not comfortable in their water conditions.
If you want to keep them together, you need a bigger tank with more shelter. Try a 30-gallon planted tank.
Good luck!

I've never had any probems keeping two female siamese fighting fish (betta splendens I think... I assume you mean that type of betta- there are others) together, a bit of territorial fighting is common but not the "to the death" stuff you get with the males.
A few plants will discourage fighting, this is escepcially necessary if you want to keep a male and a female in the same tank- a bare tank will mean a lot of harassment for the female. Perhaps you could use this trick for your females

Forever. Females can be housed together but there needs to be at least 5 and in nothing smaller then a 10 gallon. Female bettas are still fighting fish so they will always want to fight but with at least 5 in a tank they will spread out their anger. When you get them though they should all be bought together and be sisters, they are less likely to fight.

You're not supposed to put bettas together. Eventually they'll kill each other. The only time a male and female betta can be together is when they mate. Otherwise even they will attack each other.

Bettas do that, even female ones, specially if one is bigger than the other, it may go on until one kills the other or at least until the other one finds a good place to hide or the agresive one gets bored.

Until only one is left, I would say 3 days and one will be gone.

bettas are otherwise known as "Chinese fighting fish".
You should separate them, put one in a small jar or something, they are fine in small areas.
