Native American Lesbian Children's Story?

I know its a wierd combination, but I remember reading it as a kid, and it isn't explicitly lesbian, but when I was in my early 20's I realized, hey they were lesbians.

It was written for 9-11 year olds I think.

If anyone knows the name of the book please tell me.

Its probably the story of the Woman who fell in love with the Bear.

Dont know the names of any books for kids, but alot of us share theis traditional story in one version or another
