you measure along the top, the other way is cheating

First, It has to be erect!!! Then measure from the base, your hair line, to the tip. A flat ruler works best. You can measure along side of your penis or the top or bottom. Good Luck!!!

If you want it to be really long, measure it from your anus all the way around and up the front to the very tip. If you want an even larger measurement, and happen to have a giant ******, measure from the center of your ****** to the opening in the top of your dick... oh yeah... and make sure your really drunk, and hard as a rock. Round up to the nearest full inch, and then add a half an inch for error.

you measure only what will be used for penetration, measure from the top at the base to the tip. I came up with 8.5 and 2 1/4

you place the ruler on top of your penis,mine is 6 inches long and it is 5 and a half wide.

Whenever I measure my penis, I start at my big toe and measure to the tip. I then subtract the length of my foot and leg.

I Would guess at the very top .. from where it begins to the tip top.. I mean you use the whole thing mostly might as well measure the whole thing..
