the fastest is the kawi, the cheapest is the suzuki, the most reliable is the honda, yamaha falls somewhere in between all. hope that helps

I've owned Honda, Suzuki and Yamaha. Honda was the most reliable. I've heard Kawasakis are fast, but I'd still go with the Honda for a recreational rider.

Opinions , opinions I have a Yamaha R1 and it handles great but I like 06 Suzuki 1000 .Honda is most reliable

It's a very competitive segment, second only to the 600cc class. They are all really close. Alot of people love the Yamaha R1 engine, many others love the handling of the GSXR. I think overall, if it were my money I'd buy the Honda because of their engnineering expertise & reliability. However, I frankly think the VFR800 is better all around(not faster, but better) than any of the 1 liter bikes.

the best 1000cc sports bike is Yamaha YZF R1
because it has the power, looks, and great handling just like 750's !
as u can see the 7 times world champion Rossi on it !
just go for it !

I love the new 1000cc gsxr and the honda however my heart tells you to with the gsxr(i have owned 3 of them)

I like Honda and my dad loves Yamaha, My dad knows more so go with Yamaha.

I'd have to say Honda. Their reputation for the best technology in manufacturing puts them above every other foreign bike.
