there is nothing as more space to france. Remember france were almost kicked out of the worldcup in the first round but made it to the second round. They beat spain in the round of 16. Spain is a very good team so they played hard. These two teams have met before in the france 98 world cup finals where brazil lost to france 3-0. If other teams denied france or brazil to go the next level would you have said that world cup is fixed?

I think the referee was fixed. As in with a huge Swiss Bank Account courtesy of the French so he could turn a blind eye to a huge penalty against Ronaldo, and several other fouls which other refs. let pass during this World Cup. Yes, Brazil didn't play well, but I hope Cantalejo doesn't have to go visit Brazil any time soon. No, no, actually, I'd love to take the slut there myself. This World Cup has been an absolute joke of inconsistencies in judgment , I know everyone blames the refs. first, but in this World Cup, their sense of ethics became blatantly questionable and I don't intend to watch the next if they keep this up, they're killing the sport, not moving it forward..

France won because they were superior and Zidane 'the artist' was at his very best. I think there is very little doubt now that France will go all the way. All the remaining teams are no match to Spain and Brazil that France humiliated. Come on, Portugal couldn't beat England who were down to 10 men for much of the second half. And Germany relies on the fact that it is the host, other than that Ballack and company have not really impressed. Allez les Bleus! Et VIVE ZIDANE!

Well, Brazil just has this curse agaisnt France. We never beat them in the world cup. This is the thrid consecutive time they beat us: 1986- semifinals, 1998- finals, and now 2006. Although i think the 1998 final was fixed, and apparently, the Brazil who ripped Argentina 4-1 last year 'happened' to lose to a miserable France side. Man, i hate the French (figuratively).

Why should Brazil play bad and give space to France? I don't think anybody will want to lose a WC match. It's just Brazil didn't play as well as the French did and they lost because of that.

Yes. it was fixed... one group of people (including you) fixed it between france and Brazil in the final.
But another group fixed it either one of them should go...
But the real planners are the players who play... but they dont tell you till the last minute

may be, yes !.
according to "cigarette smoking man" ( The X-Files) everything in this world was fixed by a group of people according to their agenda, including the winner in any sports event.
any way it is just my theory !!!

I seriously doubt it. The emotion that the Brazilians displayed at the end was real to me...like they didn't INTEND to lose.
