Get her to tell the police or tell the police yourself...He isn't really going to kill her he is just scared she is going to tell someone.

Well I would think his mental stability is totally off,get him off the streets and away from her so he doesn't continue to do this to her. If he crossed the line once he'll do it again.
Report it to the police asap.

She needs to go to the police and tell them about the rape and the threat of murder. If it has just happened she needs to go to the er also to have a test done. Do not let her take a bath first.
