Be honest about your being unsure what to say, if that is the case. If you are certain you do not wish to entertain his advances state that politely but firmly. If you are flattered say so. If you are offended say so. If you are curious say so. In short be honest and direct. These are your feelings and no answer is wrong. Just remember you have a part to play in how another person feels. Letting him down gently would be nice if possible. If he is too persistant and does not take a hint or a direct refusal avoid his company.

My best advice would be to sit him down and have a talk. Tell him honestly you are straight. Be nice about it, this can be awkward, and let him know you are not interested. He will appreciate your honesty instead of avoiding him.

Turn him down the same way you'd turn down a straight female friend you're not interested in.

Tell him to read all of Romans Chapter 1. As for you, Pray for him to come out of the sickness in which he's living.
By the way you read it also. We do not want you losing your mind also.
