There are no sites that offer real time quotations for free. UNless you pay extra for that, quotations must be delayed 20 minutes.
Bloomberg probably offers the best service for what you want. It isn't cheap.

for free...the best you can get is finance.yahoo.com i think they offer subscription real time quotes.
otherwise TDAmeritrade will require you to open an account and they provide what you are seeking, real time charting and real time quotes.....very nicely as well...

exciting question. to tell you the fact, i individually do not pay interest to those---the only reports having to do with Heaven and Hell that I pay interest to are those by ability of the Saints-----considering those human beings have been certainly very holy, enjoyed God immensely and served Him to the utmost of their skills (to not point out those reports did not often come to them while they have been close to dying or supposedly died).
