They are. They want to take care of you. They want to control you. See how they act when they aren't in control. I've seen 2yr old's throw lesser tantrums.

I'm a Democrat. I don't. I support OUR President, I support the war, I support our troops, I support free speech for Republicans, I support the free speech of Democrats, I do not support the seditious behavior of people who call our past or present elected officials (Bush, Clinton, Gore, Reagan, etc.) names, spread rumors about them, etc. That's unAmerican and should be faced with free speech which we, on both sides of the political aisle, have.
I understand why you paint a blanket statement. We haven't done a good job policing our own, and I worry if we can get the public back.
We'll try, but hopefull with our ethics restored. Support us when we do, even as you fight for the values you prize, as long as we are U.S.A. citizens first, not a political party first.
Don't do the same yourself. Some people claiming shelter in the Republican party did this to Former President Clinton. I hope you spoke up against them as I have against the so-called Democrats who undermine our country. The Democrats will rise again, but as your allies in an internal contest. Not as allies of the enemies of America.

Sees the democrats as much more of a strong base for true democracy than the neo-nazi republicans ever could hope to be

I think I answered one of your anti-liberal questions earlier.
Like I said, we're all turning Republican. It's our plan to take
over your party & sabbotage your plan for world domination.
We'll be carrying Bibles & wearing crosses. You'll never
recognize us.
It's alread begun.
Are all of the Repubs so concerned with just liberals? I mean
before you took power, there was no war, no poverty,no 750 new
laws - do you you ever worry about that stuff as much as you
worry about liberals? We could be dangerous, or we could be
your cashier, or nurse, or doctor - you should be very careful.
One of your buddies wanted to bathe me in 5 gallons of gasoline,
wrap me in the American flag & set me on fire - geez - is
political in-fighting really going to build a better America?!
Click my avatar & check out my watch list - you'll see the
true image you're creating - it's frightening, sad & disturbing.
You do know that your nickname is from an ultra liberal show?

That's a harsh statement, I wouldn't say all. But the most vocal ones aren't doing their party any favors. It does seem like they are more interested in being confrontational and denouncing anything just to have the opposite opinion of Bush, even when the issue clearly is the better thing for our country.

I wouldn't go quite that far. Although I disagree with democrats on pretty much everything, I do believe they try to do, what they think is right...Even though they are terribly wrong

ME!!!! but that's not very nice tho because most of my friends are Dems. They mean well but there is a time and place for everything, they just can't accept that no government run by humans is perfect.

I agree, all is a little harsh. However, a great deal are, but let's not get to name calling. Aren't we all above that?
