Web sites won't teach your acting. You need practice and understanding about stagecraft and working in front of a camera. If you're in high school, join the drama club and get into plays. If you're going to college, which I doubt from your question, take drama classes there. Try getting into a community theater production. This is where some group in the community puts on a play and takes pretty much anyone who shows up, unless the group already is well formed and polished. The big thing is that acting is learned from practice and training, and you'll need to search for and participate in both.
