Hi, I have had sparse eyebrows my entire life (I'm 23) and I don't know what to do with them. If I pluck them, they look too thin, if I don't then I have a bunch of hairs that just aren't really close together. Any tips?

First of all, go to a professional cosmetologist and get them shaped (and plucked, if need be). Then, go out and purchase some HIGH-END (the more inexpensive items do not work as well...) eyebrow powder and an eyebrow pencil. Then, carefully do it yourself or have a cosmetologist do this as well when you go to the salon. If you get all of this done professionally, make sure to carefully follow what the makeup artist is doing so as you can do it at home every morning (and perhaps some touch-ups in the afternoon/evening). Have her carefully pinpoint all the different steps to perfecting your eyebrows. This may cost a little bit, but trust me you'll be happy with your 'new' eyebrows for the rest of you life girl! Good luck to you hon!

If you have a mall near you, find the Benefits counter. If they have the Brow Bar there, make an appointment and get your eyebrows waxed to get a good base. They will show you how to fill in with a product called Brow Zings. I don't wear makeup, but I do use this product to make my eyebrows look better. It has 2 different colors to blend for a perfect color.

Ask them what color pair is right for you--it will last for quite some time. And remember not too pluck too often :-)

I have some. Some people prefer using eyebrow pencils, but personally I have found an eyeshadow in your hair's shade works wonderfully. Just lightly stroke it over your eyebrows. You can purchase eyebrow stencils at beauty supply stores to shapen them up a bit. And there are eyebrow dyes out too, Revlon is a maker of eyebrow dyes. Never use a hair dye on eye areas. Eyebrow dyes are specifically made for eye areas.

have them waxed and then fill them in. My eyebrows are thin too and put that together with a big forehead... well u get the picture. lol. I wax them and make sure they dont do it too thin then I fill in the ends which is where my eyebrows thin. U can fill it in with and eyebrow filler[it comes in a powder] or if u think it's too hard to find u can use an eye crayon or eyeliner. If ur using the eyeliner make sure it matches ur hair perfectly and trace lightly because the point is refined. eye crayon is better
my mom uses her mascara over her fine hair to darken it a bit

go to a professional to shape them and then use a decent eyebrow pencil that won't look like you painted on ur eyebrows. get a professional demonstration of how to use the pencil for ur particular brows. don't be afraid to spend money on ur brow pencil go to a good makeup counter in ur mall.

get some powder close to the color of your eyebrows, and get a very thin brush(eyeliner brush) and brush the powder lightly, and fill in! if get to much on the first time, clean off and do it again

Try using Tony Llamas lash masque on your brows. It is a dye and makes them look thicker. And if you want a thicker look, use Smashbox brow color and the lash masque together!
