Umm... The first step would be to get off the computer... Just a thought.

If they are conscious, you're set. Just get them some fresh air, and take them to the hospital. Don't call an EMS or anything, they should be fine.

If they are unconscious and not breathing, POINT at someone, and say "YOU, go call 911." Then begin emergency breathing and CPR (if no pulse either). Don't stop until EMS gets there, or unless someone else there knows how to do it.

There's not much you can do at home for carbon monoxide poisoning.

Get them to an oxygen-rich environment, quickly. Carbon monoxide attaches itself to the hemoglobin in red blood cells preventing it from carrying oxygen. Thus, people start to feel sick, weak, and eventually fall unconscious as if they were asphyxiated. Oxygen can compete for carbon monoxide, and if a person is in a oxygen rich environment (such as a hyperbaric chamber) they can clear the carbon monoxide naturally before a lot of damage is done. Additionally, blood transfusions can help - usually packed red blood cells.

Get the person to fresh air immediately! Then either take the person to the Emergency Room right away or call 911! This is nothing to fool around with!

Call 911! The person needs oxygen or even a hyperbaric chamber to recover! This is not something you can treat without professional help!
