Depends....there is clear, white, rose and a few more I am sure of.
After re-reading this question and realizing no one took it any other way than the drink I will add to it.
Champagne is a color on cars....it was a very popular color a few years ago but silver tones are taking that spot.
Champagne is a form of beige. Normal tan and silver mixed will make champagne color. Some have a slight hugh of red or blue in them also.

Depends on what kind of champagne you're getting. Wikipedia says:
"Champagne is typically a white wine even if it is produced with red grapes, because the juice is extracted from the grapes using a gentle process that minimizes the amount of time the juice spends in contact with the skins, which is what gives red wine its colour. Rosé wines are also produced, either by permitting the juice to spend more time with the skins to impart a pink color to the wine, or by adding a small amount of red wine during blending."

Champagne ( the drink) is most often Ginger Ale colored, but it can vary.
But if someone is referring to a Champagne colored couch, it is a light tan with a little pink or peach in it.
