The money and the pampering sure sound appealing.....but i am really a private person, and being in the public eye like that on a constant basis would be overwhelming.
I'd rather be a star-maker. The guy behind the scenes who makes it all happen. All the perks, and a lot less hassle.
And i have heard the job comes with a "special couch". It is supposed to have some kind of magical powers. I'm not sure what they mean by that.....but i am curious to find out. (Maybe it flies? I wonder if i could have a ride on it.....?)

i was given the chance to feel like a star and i sure took it back in 2004 after winning a trip to Hollywood, going to the Oscars , having a limo for 4 days straight with driver, 5 star hotel stay, a $3000 shopping spree, $1000 to spend anyways i wanted at the hotel ( hotel credit ), spa treatment, hair and nail makevoer, a photographer for the sightseeing tour and a visit to the universal studios, that included my airfair from Vt to CA roundtrip and a $5000 check after i came home to pay for the taxes and had plenty left afterwards to pay some bills etc....yes this is really thrue and you all can make your dream come true too if you want to be like a star for at least a few days and here is how.
Sometime between jan 2007 and feb 2007 visit the biography website there you will find a contest you enter daily for 30 days, after that they will pick the yearly winner...yes every year they give this trip away and i was one of the lucky ones.
You dont have to believe me, just go to the website durring that time and read up on it including the rules, must be 21 and older and its for 2 people ( i took my friend with me ) and live in the USA ( sorry us. only )
I had enter only 6 times and they call you if you are the winner,. i had to be by the phone between NOON and 2:30 pm that day, the drawing date and the call came at 12:15 pm...ill never forget it...i shook and studdered lol.
I met a few stars, one of them was kevin bakin and his wife, tom cruise showed up too and was staying in the same hotel ( he is short lol ) and the creator of queer eyes himself, he is soooooooo cool and funny.
Well try your luck next year, i know ill be entering again myself, i want to go again ..it was jsut awesome and all paid for :)
